Located in the south of the island at km 6 between Ibiza town and San Jose, the drive is 15 mns from the airport, 15 mns from Ibiza town and 20 mms to the marinas, close to the southern beaches (Salinas, Es Cavallet, Cala Jondal, Es Torrent, Es Xarco) and 15 mns to Playa den Bossa (Hard Rock hotel, Ushuaia…).

A tar road leads you mid hill, it a very private and calm area with only a few big villas constructed at the top. The villa seats on a flat area, vith a view of the surrounding green hills and the sea (Cala Jondal). From the first floor terraces you have a better view stretching towards the Salinas, and more sea view towards Cala Jondal.

 

The plot is now in an area where you can only build with 50 000 sqm of land, which means that you can have no new building in the neighbourhood.
