House Cala Tarida

 The spacious house with 270 m² of living space is located above the beautiful bay of Cala Tarida in an exclusive residential area. The 2200 m² plot and the enclosed inner garden guarantee absolute privacy and are very child-friendly. A 36 m² pool with terrace and sun loungers, as well as a carport with two shaded parking spaces, complete the property.

The house is designed in a Mediterranean style. All rooms open onto the inner garden and a large porch with a long dining table for up to 10 people. A built-in barbecue invites you to enjoy relaxed evenings outdoors. Each bedroom has direct access from the garden, ensuring maximum privacy.

The property offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room and a dining room. The fully equipped kitchen includes an additional dining area. An adjoining utility room provides a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. The lush garden offers various seating areas and both sunny and shaded spots throughout the day.

WiFi is available throughout the house and garden. The living room and master bedroom each feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and all bedrooms as well as the living room are equipped with air conditioning.

Bed linen, towels and pool/beach towels are provided and changed weekly. Final cleaning is included; additional cleaning services can be booked. For families, baby cots and highchairs can be supplied.
