House Cala Carbó

Casa Mika is a  modern house in Cala Carbo. Breathtaking views and exceptionally beautiful design characterize this house. On the upper floor you find the entrance area and a large, open kitchen. In the side bay window in front, there is the dining table facing a window with sliding doors. The living area equipped with modern furniture and satellite TV is just a couple of steps below. The large covered terrace with seating and dining table is located in front of the living room,
On the opposite side there is a double bedroom (bed 1.90 x 1.90) with a large bathroom with two sinks and tub. On the lower floor you find the other two double bedrooms – each with bathroom – accessible from the pool terrace. The two rooms may be connected by a door. In the area to the side there is a large apartment with kitchen, bathroom and a large single bed (1.40 x 1.90). Part of the pool terrace is shaded with an awning and there are high quality lounge beds and furniture.

This offers a splendid panorama of the most beautiful sunsets over the western sea. Owing to the generous use of glazing throughout you get a great view from the interior and every bedroom of Es Vedra, a steep and legendary rock in the sea. It offers a panoramic view of the loveliest sunsets over the sea to the west.
The house is situated in a peaceful community surrounded by a wall, providing security and privacy from the outside. You can get to the small romantic bay of Cala Carbo in three minutes and other fine beaches such as Cala Vadella or Cala D’Hort in about eight minutes along the paved road. The nearest supermarket can be reached in 3 minutes by car.
